I ended up waiting almost 2 hrs for my food after I ordered including calling the takeaway multiple times to get an update to be told my food was on the way each time. Some of the food was cold by the time we got it so had to warm it up. Was my 1st experience of the place and yes the staff were very apologetic on the phone and the delivery driver but still dont expect to be waiting that long for food.
